The MST ’07 Buffered Multiple is the original buffered mult design invented by George Mattson in 2007. It’s a precision mult that is perfect for 1V/O CV sources. A signal plugged into Input 1 will be available from all 14 outputs. Break the chain by adding a second signal into input 2; signal 1 comes out 4 outputs and signal 2 is available at the remaining 10. Plug in as many as 4 inputs, each split 3 or 4 times. What you put in you GET OUT!

Features:

4 Channels

Channels 1 and 2 are 1 to 4

Channels 3 and 4 are 1 to 3

Cascaded inputs: CH 1 > CH 2 > CH 3 > CH 4

Specifications:

Current draw: V+ max 42mA, V- max 42mA

Module Depth: 33mm

Module Width: 4HP

Hi, I would like to use this module with a Digisound 80 modular which operates on +15/-15V. Would the buffered multiple work on that voltage, too or would I have to lower the supply voltage to +12/-12 V?

    Many thanks,

    Hey Stefan,
The 07 Buff Mult can run on +15v/-15v. With something like a mult or mixer, it wont make much of a different between power supplies. With many other MST modules, you can run +/-15v but it will alter the functionality of the module. For example, the LFO will take longer to rise and fall because it has 30 volts of distance to travel rather than 24 volts. This will result in slower LFO rates.
But with the 07 buff mult, it should work no problem!
